Brother Robert E. Brooker – Mingo Hill OFWBC

Brother Robert E. Brooker, 86, of 311 South Ethel Street, Selma, transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, September 10, 2013.

Brother Booker was a faithful member of Mingo Hill O.F.W.B.C. and will be sorely missed by all.

The family will be receiving visitors at their home; 311 S. Ethel Street Selma, NC 27576

Survivors include: his wife – Ivy K. Brooker of the home; sons – Retired Lt. Colonel Ricky K. (wife Kay) Williams of Hampton, VA., Blake Brooker of Selma; sisters – Grayce E. Williams of Alexandria, VA., Alberta E. Davis (husband Bishop Willie) of Landover, MD.; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be conduted Friday, September 13,2013 at 1:00PM at the Cape Fear Conference A Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin. Burial, with full military honors, will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn. Public viewing will be Friday at the Conference Headquarters from 12Noon - 1PM., with family visitation from 12:30PM - 1PM.
