Home Mission<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

President Sister Debra Spencer\u00a0 VP \u2013 Sister Geneva McLendon<\/span><\/p>\n

The Home Mission is an outreach arm of our church.\u00a0 We visit our members who are sick and alone\u00a0 at the rest homes and at their homes.<\/span><\/p>\n

We pray with them, sing songs, share\u00a0 a word and on occasion bring a gift or a thought.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ushers<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

\u00a0<\/b>President \u2013 Sister Judy Dumas\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 VP \u2013 Sister Ruth Poole<\/span><\/p>\n

Purpose:\u00a0 It is the purpose of the St. Luke No. 1 Original Freewill Baptist Usher Board to make members, visitors as well as religious leaders and strangers entering\u00a0the church feel comfortable.\u00a0 We are to reach out and touch others who are unsaved and to be motivated to help carry out Christ\u2019s program of salvation for the redemption of mankind.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRAISE CHORAL MINISTRY MISSION STATEMENT<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

The Praise Choral Ministry mission is to glorify God through proclaiming the word of God in song.\u00a0 We desire to be effective in our ministry to our congregational family through the worshipful singing and leading of psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, and supporting our Pastor as a traveling choir. This choir has been\u00a0formed to flow in ministry along with the vision of the church.<\/span><\/p>\n

Program Committee Ministry<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

The Program Committee Ministry is a group of people who have the heart to honor the pastor and family. \u00a0This ministry’s sole purpose is to cover the pastor and his family in prayer and with love. We seek the Lord for ways to support and encourage the leaders in every area of ministry. \u00a0Jeremiah 3:15 (KJV) states, \u201cAnd I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding\u201d. \u00a0Our objective is to honor God\u2019s vessel by providing necessary amenities as well as showing other expressions of love to keep the leader focused on the things of God.<\/span><\/p>\n
